All prices listed on the Face Off Online website are in Australian dollars. We try to avoid errors in our pricing and product information, however if any such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. Occasionally there may be an error in our inventory system or an item may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you to notify you of an approximate delivery date.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


WARRANTY

Face Off Online will offer 12 months warranty against any manufacturing faults. Face Off Online will not accept returns on damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.

Return items will be replaced. In the event that we are unable to replace the item, a store credit will be issued for the equivalent amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost).


SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping
Face Off Online will endeavour to ship your orders in a timely manner. Generally all orders received are shipped within 48 hours upon clearance of payment, unless otherwise advised.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped using Airmail. Please allow 7 to 12 working days for delivery.

Shipping Cost
All of our products are delivered by Australia Post to ensure that your product arrives on time. All shipping costs will be quoted before you checkout.

Return Policy
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Face Off Online. That is why we support every product offered with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are in any way not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily organise a store credit / exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in original condition (unused, undamaged and in their original packaging) within 14 days from receipt.

You must contact us to obtain a Return Item Number (RA#) before sending your return item/s. Without obtaining a RA#, return can be refused. Please note that we will not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered. Please also note to exchange, you will also need to have original tag/s still attached to the garment.

We recommend you returning your items in a secure padded packaging with your full name, address, RA# and orginal receipt.We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery.

Your item/s will be refunded as soon as the products are received.

Please note: Returns delivery charges will not be refunded, and exchange delivery costs are at the customers expense so please include the postal cost with your return order.
